Established in 1982 we are a leading provider of self catering holiday cottages, specialising in the North of England and Scotland. All of the properties featured in our portfolio have been personally inspected and approved by us, so that you can choose your holiday accommodation with complete confidence.

We are a dedicated and experienced team offering a personalised service, and committed to finding the best cottage to meet your holiday requirements.

The Owner Team
Our dedicated owner team ensure that all of the properties featured have been personally inspected and meet our high standards. The team have a strong working relationship with our property owners, knowing each of them and their properties personally, and are on hand to offer advice and support to owners throughout the year.

Reservations Team
Our reservations team are, in many cases, able to offer advice about your holiday cottage choice. They will be only too happy to discuss your holiday requirements and help you to find the perfect cottage to match your wish list.

Working together to protect the best bits of the area
We take our responsibility to do our bit for the environment and local economy very seriously, from re-using and recycling our office waste, to supporting local companies and the work of the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust.
