Property Description

With panoramic views over Swaledale, this cosy barn conversion has an open fire, beamed ceilings, and an enclosed garden and patio. Walks can be enjoyed directly from the door, including a short walk across the fields and woods to Marrick Priory. The nearby Georgian market town of Richmond provides every day shopping facilities, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants serving Yorkshire specialities; and the hill top town of Reeth (two and a half miles) has a general store, tea rooms and pubs. Incidentally the Coast to Coast Walk, long distance walking path, passes along the lanes near the cottage.

Ground Floor:
With open fire fuelled central heating and comprising:
Small kitchen:
with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer and iron.
South facing sitting/dining room: with open fire, TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD/tape player and a selection of books and games. Open tread stairs to first floor.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: with double bed and single bed for alternative sleeping.
Bedroom 2: with twin bed.
Bathroom: with electric shower over bath, WC.

Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair. Patio and garden furniture. Enclosed lawned garden. Private parking for two cars.
