Along a quiet lane in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes walk from the village centre this detached bungalow has a lovely sun lounge with doors leading to the garden and patio. Hunmanby lies on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds directly between Scarborough and Bridlington, surrounded by stunning scenery and beautiful landscapes. It is just three miles from the extensive sandy beach at Filey which is protected by the rocky cliffs of Filey Brigg, a haven for birds and wildlife. The village has shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a 12th century church, railway station, and a regular bus service to the coastal towns runs from the village. Many walks and cycle routes start from the village including the Wolds Way. The chalk cliffs at Flamborough Head and the RSPB Reserve at Bempton are just a short drive away and further along the coastline is the fishing port of Whitby.
